The house is located in the picturesque village of Kowary, near the tourist town of Karpacz and many attractions, which makes it a great base for visitors. There is an entire home with a kitchen, a large dining room with a living room and a game room.

The property is surrounded by a vast two-hectare meadow, garden and forest park, which provides a unique comfort of silence and privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
