A recently renovated two bedroom apartment on the first and second floors above our home. Beams and hop kiln original features can be found throughout this large two bedroom apartment. Space includes two bedrooms, landing and stairs down to a large dining room and lounge. From the dining room is a large galley kitchen with everything you could need. Outside you'll find your own seating area for alfresco dining. Experience a bit of British farming history that is still surrounded by hops fields.

A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.
