Monthly Rentals in Lower East Side, Manhattan

Beautiful artist's apartment in the heart of LES/Chinatown. Surprisingly quiet but surrounded by an embarrassment of bars, restaurants and shops. Perfectly positioned to get quickly uptown for a more touristy itinerary, but also just a short hop on the L or M trains to get into Williamsburg and Brooklyn for those looking to go a little off the beaten path. Ricardo was a responsive and courteous host who made my stay stress-free.

I stayed here for a month and it's a great spot, exactly as advertised. No couch but still a fairly spacious studio for 1 person and the patio had an amazing view of the city. It was too cold to use the rooftop when I was there but that also had a great view and was well maintained! Check in was easy and the apartment was spotless when I arrived and had all the amenities I needed while staying there for a month (kitchen supplies, linens, vacuum/broom, etc.). The hall/lobby of the building was also well maintained and I felt very safe during my stay. The laundry room in the basement was also a great perk. I had one issue with the TV during my stay but the maintenance was very responsive and came within a day or so. This spot is close to everything, right in the heart of downtown. A great place to stay if you want a true NYC experience! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at quite a few places in NY so far and Hannah’s by far was my favourite. It’s comfortable, cozy and the bed was sublime. The street is beautiful and the apartment gets plenty of sunlight and the bathroom is surprisingly big. The patio in the back also allowed you to unwind and soak in the sun. The house was extremely clean and there was quite a bit of closet space for a studio. This apartment instantly felt like home The real win was how responsive, friendly and accommodating Hannah was to questions and requests. I can’t wait to stay here again.
