Chicken house dome

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding in the local area. Beautiful, peaceful, unique little chicken house dome, clearly built with love by Doug. Spotlessly clean, beautiful views and everything you could need is provided for a weekend in the Welsh countryside. Host was super friendly and responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touches leaving us fresh milk, Welsh cakes etc! Would definitely stay again if we were in Brecon - thanks so much Doug and Judy 😊

Erwhir Farm stay

ClaireRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Another wonderful stay with Cerys and family :-) The farmhouse is a wonderful home from home. Spectacular views, hikes from the door, great sized bedrooms and lovely living spaces. The kitchen is so well equipped - it’s the details that make the difference. Highly recommended!

A special place in the heart of the Brecon Beacons

KimRating, 5 starstoday
Such an incredible find in an absolutely stunning area. We spent just the one night but regretted instantly not booking more time off work. The special place is aptly named and i agree that the photos don’t show the true picture of just how special it is. Samantha and Manwill 😜 are so welcoming and full of advice for the local area. The bed is sumptuous, my husband and i both slept super sound. The shower is a delight and the little extras on arrival are fab ie the personalised note and the home made chocolate brownies. The decor is modern and everything is spotlessly clean. Sam made our breakfast which was beautiful and the pre ordered packed lunch was amazing and full of surprises. There are so many spectacular hikes to do in the area. Sam provided a very informative list of local restaurants, we picked one from this list, it was a 5 minute drive away, so very easy to find. Every part of this stay was perfect and Sam and Will were simply the best hosts ! We will be back😄

Cosy woodland cabin

KimRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The location of Katy and James’ Airbnb is perfect! Less than an hours drive to get to some great hikes/waterfalls. The private bit of woodland outside the hut was brilliant for the dog. Theres so much to walk about and see just on the land where you stay! Katy and James were great hosts, flexible with check in times (we were a little bit early) and recommended some great local spots to go to! After a long day hiking in the rain it would have been good to have a spot to dry jackets or trousers. Having a limit on shower time is understandable due to using a reserve of rainwater, but again after a days hike being able to have a shower longer than 2mins would have been lush! Saying that the water was piping hot and so welcomed. We picked a soggy weekend to walk up Welsh mountains! Woodland Park is a fab spot to switch off and be right in nature. Thanks for having us!

Cosy quirky cottage in quiet street

LisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Just back from our 3rd or is it 4th visit. Excellent as always. Property is exactly as pictured. Very cosy, welcoming and in pristine condition. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk to Aldi. less than 5 minutes to the main high street. Be aware that if you have mobility issues, the stairs do feel very steep. There are hand rails though, so I find them ok, if not a little unnerving. It doesn't put me off repeatedly staying here, but worth a mention in case it is an important factor for guests. Highly recommend this property, and Victoria is a very helpful, responsive and friendly host. We will be back..... again 😊

RewildThings - Sky

Our stay was incredible. It was quiet, peaceful with beautiful views from the treehouse. The kitchen was so well equipped which made cooking meals so much fun! We also got so many recommendations on what to do around the area and every single place we stopped by did not disappoint. Everything was extremely neat and clean, and we loved the way the space was decorated. Overall a 10/10 experience, would definitely be back!!

Brecon farm stay, with hot tub

AbigailRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A beautiful place to stay - we celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was perfect! The views are stunning, and the decked area with hot tub and bbq are great, we loved spending time out there. The inside is also spotless and furnished lovely, we felt so relaxed and were very sad to leave! Would definitely love to return for a longer stay in the future. Also handy for walking up Pen y Fan, which was beautiful.
