Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Cozy up by the open fire, or stroll to the nearby village pubs, and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Only a brief drive from Sherwood Forest. Features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 on a spacious upstairs landing with a double bed and antique privacy screen. Your stay includes a milk & free parking and a small basket of logs (1st October- 1st March).

Charming self contained Lodge at Brinkley

Charming self-contained lodge set in a countryside location, minutes from the historical market town Southwell. The Lodge has plenty of character with a large main living area with log burner as well as a courtyard for alfresco dining. Based in the beautiful village of Brinkley with ample country walks right on your doorstep and a variety of lovely pubs nearby. We are dog friendly and welcome dogs at a small charge of £10 per dog per night payable to the host during your stay.

Stunning farm location Shepherds Hut sleeps two

Oxton Hill Pond View is a fabulous self contained shepherds hut located on our farm. With its own enclosed private garden the hut has an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Use the bridle paths on our farm which link to Southwell and neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell or Sherwood Forest. Bring your bikes as you can cycle for miles maybe to the River Trent, or just enjoy the rural walks. We also offer carp fishing in summer. Adults only.

Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments. Accommodating 2 Adults & possible 2 children. This unit door to bedroom, king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, free view TV, Spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower, wash-basin and WC. Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

The Little Old Barn (TLOB) is a cosy self-contained annexe ATTACHED to our home set in the picturesque village of WOODBOROUGH, surrounded by the beautiful Nottinghamshire Countryside with excellent road links to both NOTTINGHAM & NEWARK. Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

Barnaby's Cottage

Surrounded by quaint villages the cottage is set within 25 acres and tennis court. A short drive to the historic towns of Newark and Southwell and the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln. 20 minutes from the cottage are Sherwood Forest and the Robin Hood Centre and Clumber Park. Sheffield and Leeds are an hour away by car. The cottage features a wonderful moat and has private off road parking. Stabling and horse box parking available at an extra cost.

The Red Lodge Annexe

A well presented self contained annexe with private garden and hot tub, Nestled in the picturesque village of Woodborough in Nottinghamshire, this charming annexe is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat or even a stop gap for a family day out at one of Nottinghamshire's local attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cosy bedroom.

Luxurious and totally private suite with ensuite and kitchenette, set back in a stunning, peaceful garden, detached from house with own private entrance. Complete with Wi-Fi, TV, washing facilities and off street secure parking. Within walking distance to local amenities, village pubs and beautiful countryside, walks and bicycle paths alongside the river only minutes away. Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
