Holiday rentals with a patio in Loveland

Great location in Mt. Adams. only a couple miles from downtown Cincinnati. Just over the bridge and the same distance to Newport, KY. Clean, cool and comfortable with plenty of living space. Would stay here again.

Very nice apartment on the River. Many walkable restaurants. Able to walk to Stadiums in Cincy. Apartment was nice and clean. Comfortable King Bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Follow instructions parking vehicle.

Very nice place. We only stayed 1 night. We went to the Savannah banana baseball game. We left early to get back home for a wedding. Very nice place easy to find and was able to check in about 1 hour early. I would not recommend parking in the back. Drive is steep and very tight between both houses. Off street parking right in the front of the house was perfect for us Great stay for 5 adults.

I really enjoyed my stay! Charles was very helpful and always returned my messages! The place is small, but it is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay stress less! The area is so nice!!! I really enjoyed Eden Park. If was literally walking distance! There are restaurants within walking distance as well! Just follow the instructions and don’t go down the driveway and you’ll have a sweet time!

We only stayed one night for a wedding in town and got in late, but this place would be excellent for an extended stay. There was a huge porch, the door was easy to get into with a keypad code. I liked that we could arrive on our own schedule. There are a few steps at the sidewalk and a few steps to the porch but other than that the indoors is pretty accessible. A full kitchen is always a plus to me if staying for longer than a few days because I like to cook when traveling to save money. Close to the main town center with all the little shops and restaurants which made it really easy to meet up with our friends. Super cute area and we plan to return to this spot.

Wonderful location, responsive host, and great place to stay. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and call it our home away from home when we are in town visiting family.

The apartment is beautiful and extremely homey. Having the deck to sit on in the mornings was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Aurora!

Wonderful place that worked perfectly for our extended family to stay while in Dayton celebrating our niece’s graduation. Faith was incredibly responsive and the home had all the amenities we needed not only to gather in, but also relax.

We were in the area for a dog show and Jennifer's place was perfect. She was very easy to communicate with and made the place to feel like home. The house is lovely, bright with charming decor and comfortable furniture. The fenced yard was private and perfect for my dogs. I didn't cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans, spices etc. The town of Xenia has lots of shops, supermarkets and breweries. I highly recommend Jennifer's place and would definitely book it again if I'm in the area

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

Rebecca Place was absolutely Perfect !! The cleanest Airbnb I have ever been to. The house was just so clean and so well stocked with everything you could ever need !! The upstairs for the kids was amazing and so well thought out from the decor to all the games ,the kiddos were in heaven ! The beds were super comfortable, the outside was so relaxing with the Hottub , and the kids loved making smores over the beautiful firepit. I cant say enough about this beautiful home !! Rebecca was always easy to to get ahold of with any questions we had ! Everything about our stay was just perfect! We will definitely be back , our families are planning another trip!! Thank you Rebecca for sharing your beautiful home and making our little Cincinnati Zoo trip one to never forget !

Perfect place, calm, quiet, a great place to retreat after days exploring the zoo, the museum, local attractions and shopping.

This was the perfect house for a wedding we were attending in Amelia. The river view was wonderful. We enjoyed playing frisbee golf, pool, and the soccer game table, and watching the wildlife in between attending different wedding festivities .The river wasn’t in our favor to swim or kayak due to all the rain. The house provided lots of extra amenities and was beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place in the Cincinnati area :)

My family stayed at this location for my son's wedding. The accommodations were what we needed and experienced a peaceful stay. Diana was always quick to respond with any questions asked. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Danielle & Mike's place was fantastic. Perfect for a quick weekend trip, or a longer stay. Situated in a cute neighborhood not far from the exit. The place was clean, comfortable and provided enough space for me and my friend to spread out when we needed time alone, but also provided a comfortable place to lounge on the couch together. The only thing that we experienced that was mildly inconvenient was we weren't able to access Netflix or Prime as a guest per the house instructions, but we were able to login to our streaming account. Danielle was amazing! She provided a number of food options and a full list of things to do. If you book with Danielle and Mike, you definitely have to walk up to Slyder's Tavern. the food is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a local neighborhood establishment. I highly recommend their burgers, they're wonderful! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is spacious, inviting, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sunny views. The location is private and secure, yet conveniently located to popular restaurants, shops, public transit, and entertainment! We parked our car at the Mercer Commons garage without issue. It was refreshing to enjoy a walkable city.

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!

This place is amazing! The apartment is new and clean. It is located next to the road but it is quiet at night. Shopping area is just less than 10 mins away. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable that I actually look forward to sleep in at the end of the day. The host is very nice and responsive. He also accommodated us to check out late. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

This was an extremely affordable and great place to stay! The Airbnb was so cute and clean. What you see in the pictures, is exactly what you’re getting. The host was extremely quick with replies if we needed anything. The Airbnb is in a cute part of the city with so many places within walking distance. I would recommend this location to anyone & would stay here again!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

We loved this airbnb!! I'd go back in a heartbeat. Great location, easy to find. Walkable, or a very cheap uber to many restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is really nice. Spotless, decorated very cute, comfy bed, spacious, great view. I never heard the neighbors. Nav is very responsive and easy to communicate with! I'd recommend this spot to anyone. *If you want a dinner recommendation...Mita was incredible.
