What a gem!! We had such a nice time in this neighborhood while we traveled in for a wedding celebration. It had everything we needed and connected to a lovely backyard courtyard with quiet streets and easy parking. Felt right at home and we loved it! We would love to come back and stay longer, thank you for hosting!

she was so outstanding, her place was amazing, and perfect location just a days drive to absolutely everything, very close to Denver and the airport too!

There are two types of Airbnb places--the anonymous, investment property or the family home with everything you need (and more.) Carolyn's home was the later--all the way down to the picture of an American soldier in Paris in 1918. The place was exactly what we wanted for a girl's weekend away. We sat out on lawn chairs watching the sun set over the mountains. The road behind the house is noisy but not enough to disturb our sleep and the garden is beautiful. Speaking of sleep, my friend wanted me to emphasis how nice the beds were--cozy. They left eggs and bread and other items in the kitchen. They offered everything you needed--look for the induction burners in the hidden drawer above the pots and pans. We seemed to be 6 minutes from Old Town and everywhere else we wanted to go but we felt like we were out in the country.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Micheal was very welcoming and super flexible with us. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling to the area. Very beautiful neighborhood and easy to access the major highways as well. It was more affordable than a hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again. You have access to what I’ve always called a “mud room” that leads downstairs to your private basement. It feels super cozy and the hosts were fantastic. Lovely stay.

This apartment was central to all the activities we planned. Several good restaurants within 4 blocks. The bedroom was quiet, black out curtains ensured it was dark for sleeping, bed very comfortable. Kitchen had basics which served our breakfast and lunch needs. We are dinner out all nights. Will definitely stay again when we are back

Himanshu and Priyanka are great hosts, they are super responsive and also accommodated our additional requests. The place is private and well maintained. They have 2 adorable dogs, which are very friendly. This place is lil far away from city, but pretty close to airport. Overall, we had wonderful stay here!

Had a great stay w/ Jack! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to anything you could need in the area. Jack was a very accommodating host w/ a ton of local recommendations for me and my family who were in town as well. The unit is clean, and the bed is super comfy - since it's a basement unit, it gets virtually no natural light, but the convenience of the in-unit W/D surely makes up for that.

Me and my wife LOVED this stay! The private hot tub and sauna were to die for! We kept talking about how we’d love to come back and stay again! Do yourself a favor and book your nights here and melt your stress away in the hot tub!

Great quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need from supermarkets to scenic drives to national parks. Place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Private entrance and space

This home had so much character! And it was super comfortable for our family while in town for a wedding. Host let us get an early check-in which we really appreciated.

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

Strongly recommend. This was our first time visiting Colorado and wanted to explore Denver and surrounding areas, and Kendra’s home in Arvada is the perfect location. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Not too far from any of the big attractions. The bathroom was our favorite part about our stay here!! The shower is massive and the double vanity is great. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We’d love to stay here again in the future!!

We will definitely go back! We had such a wonderful experience, both Marvin and Michelle were very kind and accommodating. There was plenty of space and lots of extra amenities and entertainment. Highly recommended!

Visited for the Fort Collins Marathon & was a couple blocks from the finish line! Place was very clean & plenty of space for a weekend away.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

AnneMarie and Ivan's place was perfect for us. The entryway was convenient for storing our bikes and equipment. Access to the running/biking trails was right out the door. We loved walking into downtown Niwot for coffee and food. The location was convenient for getting into Boulder and Niwot. The living space was very clean, bright and spacious. The dog barked at times but was never a nuisance. Overall, it was a great stay.

The place is clean, quiet, and in a great location. Great trail access and not too far from the parks or downtown. Janeth and Garth are quick to respond and extremely nice and helpful. Overall, fantastic experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the box of tea in the cabinet. The couch was super comfy. The bed was suprisingly comfortable! I would love to know what kind of mattress it was. Super clean, lot's of space, it was lovely. We will definitely look to stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Staying here was absolutely delightful and so worth the long drive from New Mexico. The hot tub was a a perfect detail and the outdoors area was beautiful. The home itself felt very welcoming and we appreciated how attentive Linda was. The cherry on top of our stay would be the friendly visits from the dogs. Would absolutely recommend booking this place.

This was my second time staying here. Highly recommend! Merredith is an excellent host with great local recommendations. The Airbnb is a wonderful place to stay, right by a trailhead. I’m looking forward to visiting again in the future!
