Marcondes is a great host, communicative and assertive in the information. the place is favorable for family rest, and for all ages, seeing the sunset of the dunes that are behind the condominium is beautiful and contemplating the view of the sea. the apartment accommodated my family very well, everyone loved the days we spent there. great leisure structure with pool, court, pet friendly space, great for your 4-legged friend. very close to the beach and well-known regions as cotovel beach, Tabating beach is close to a market that delivers to the condominium. it was wonderful the stay we will come back for sure.

great location, tranquility to sleep and rest

The home was as advertised and I didn't get any unexpected surprises. The apartment is inside Pipa's Bay Apartments and, therefore, there was a 24-hour reception. I was able to leave the car in the garage, but the key had to stay at the front desk. I didn't have to drive away since I was already in the center, with nearby restaurants and the tours I booked went to pick me up on the spot.

Mr. Flaviano's place is very good, he is very attentive!

A bit on the pricy side, but very nice experience nonetheless ! Clean and comfortable. Nice terrasse. A bit noisy at night on the saturday because of the busy street nearby.

Everything 100%, everything above the expected, cleaning, location, attention from start to finish, the house is has everything the listing says and more a little, super safe condominium, very attentive host, my children loved the pool, not to mention that for those who have small children can be carefree!

I highly recommend this accommodation, the trip was perfect and the house has everything we need. the house is beautiful and we didn't have any problems if we wanted to. We'll be back soon.

Amazing property. Excellent location and a great view of the beach. Plenty of great outdoor space and character. Clean and well maintained. Each room had AC and spacious. My family and I really enjoyed this place and will definitely stay here next time we're visiting Pipa. Colin is an awesome host, respectful, detail oriented and was very easy to communicate with.

Spectacular house for the weekend with friends or family!

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Wilson's place is great. Super well located, close to everything. Ventilated. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with split. The bathrooms are great and spacious. The bathroom shower has a great shower, perfect for a post beach bath. Wilson is a great host. Highly recommend.

We love the days we spent in the apartment in Búzios. The apartment is well equipped, exactly as it is in the description, very good internet, I was even able to work during my stay. The view from the apartment is spectacular, from the balcony we could have a wonderful view of the sea. We intend to come back more often.
