We love hosting very much! The apartment is excellent, very spacious, balcony, very good leisure infrastructure, unique location. The resort has a very good and functional leisure structure, in addition to being super beautiful, with a restaurant and pool bar, you can stay there all day, you don't feel like leaving. The location is also a great advantage, it is right on the main street of Pipa, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The bed and bath linens are first-rate, very, very good, in addition to having a coffee maker, sandwich maker and other utensils. The host was super nice, welcomed us very well, available at all times.

Excellent location in the center of Pipa, parking with lots of parking spaces, gentle and helpful staff. The structure of the leisure area is exceptional, large bathroom and the flat is well equipped with coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave and minibar, clothesline, among other utensils. The bed is very comfortable and check in was facilitated by the proactivity of the host as well as the staff who welcomed us. A stay that I will come back for sure!

The apartment is great: huge, comfortable and very well equipped, ideal for up to 6 people. The complex is high-end, with a beautiful pool and everything is always impeccable. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. Highly recommended.

Leo's Flat is excellent. Within the Île de Pipa, a beautifully located new resort in the center of Pipa, close to everything. The apto is complete, with private outdoor swimming pool. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Leo is super attentive, he took all the doubts and was always very nice. Sure will be option number 1 when you return to Pipa. Thank you!

I already knew another apartment in the same condominium, but this one is especially beautiful, well equipped, first-class finish, the TV looks like a cinema so big. I went with two children and they also loved the experience. The location in Pipa couldn't be better, on the main street where all the restaurants and bars in the city are. It is also close to the beach, you can go on foot. I recommend the stay and I intend to return

This was an amazing experience. The host was super responsive, the house was amazing, and the on-site grounds keepers were helpful at all times. I will definitely return and many thanks to Trinne, Graça and Cadete for making our stay amazing and seamless. I highly recommend this property.

The one thing I will say is the pictures of the place don't do it justice. Not only is the house very large and spacious, it's located it a lovely gated community which has a number of nice pools, tennis court, workout room, etc. It's also steps from 2 private beaches. Also, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable host. Michelle and Rose were extremely quick to fix any issues we had. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We couldn't have been happier.

Reserved house, calm, clean and well looked after. New, clean linen and towels. Michelle always available when requested. Every day Eloá went to clean the house, which made all the difference in our stay. We don't care about anything other than enjoying Pipa. It has a private access from the condominium to the center of the city, it was just to open the gate and we were already in the center of Pipa. Highly recommended, I plan to return shortly.
