Great apartment! Clean and cozy. We were very pleased with the stay and with the service of Márcia.

Beautiful environment, comfortable accommodation, rooms with air-conditioning working perfectly, sheets, pillows and towels available in each room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pots, plates and cutlery. The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi that didn't work, the bathroom shower that wouldn't stop dripping, the intercom that didn't work and the handrail of the stairs that gives access to the jacuzzi was broken.

Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

To this day it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, an amazing pool, there is a supermarket for 4 minutes walking . There has everything and normal price, Atacarejo Pai and Filho. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics , crockery , pans… if you want to save yourself you can buy and cook at home. I will definitely be back this year . Thanks to the couple who own the site. It's all very easy and practical . For those who have never been in Pipa everything very close .

I spent an amazing weekend at Mr. Antônio! The accommodation was simply perfect, very well cared for, comfortable and cosy. Every detail was designed to provide a pleasant stay. Our weekend was wonderful and I'm already looking forward to coming back one day. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and cozy place!

Viviane was a great host, from when I made the reservation, until my departure from the chalet, everything was very impeccable, very polite staff, markets and beach nearby, you don't need to use a car for anything.. A beautiful pool, a quiet and calm place for a family rest. The honesty of the staff is also a 1000, I forgot an item in the cottage, the employee contacted me to return it. It was worth every moment in this cottage. Congratulations on the organization. I'll definitely be back.

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. We had a lovely stay in the rain season with Vanessa. It was very quiet for this town and was a little oasis with a private zoo ;-)

We had an amazing experience! The house is perfect, the whole group loved it, and the condominium is wonderful and well located. In addition, Rúbia was super friendly and helpful, always responding quickly and answering all our questions. We will definitely come back!

The house is amazing and very cozy. Everything I'd expected. It has lots of space, it was clean, full of trees, it was great for children and grown-ups. The location is perfect, the house itself is very private and, at the same time, is located at the heart of Pipa. Also, Cecilia and William were very helpful and easy-going, always answering all of my questions and being supportive. Just one thing that could be improved: if the house had an external horizontal freezer. As we had lots of meat, fish and beverages, the refrigerator was not enough, so we had to rely on coolers and had to keep buying ice. But I couldn't recommend the place more, me and my family loved it. I hope I can come back sometime.

For those who have access to the village of Pipa without needing to use a car, all accessible by pe, excellent hotel structure, with very good breakfast, with a fair price even for those who are not using the hotel.

It is in Solar Agua, about a 10-minute walk, more than I expected from the description and address in the listing. It smelled a little musty when we walked in. Other than that, it's a comfortable and nice place.

Great stay, super helpful host and the housekeeper also welcomed us very well… the house is lives up to everything in the listing, very well cared for, clean and very pleasant environment

We arrived in the house , made the confirmation at the entrance and received identification bracelets. There was parking (uncovered) but with plenty of space the house was clean and tidy . Wi fi works well , great pillows and beds , bathrooms shower with high pressure. Overall the experience was very good, there were mosquitoes, but in the house we then lit the citronella candles available and it improved a lot. Air conditioning in all rooms works well and quiet.
