Horses chickens cat and dog are there. Approximately 5 km to the shop and gas station. Seperate toilet and shower in separate building. Double bed in the main cottage and decorated guesthouse with 2+1 beds. Large barbecue area outdoors. Swim in the river or in the hot tub which is available in its own glassed-in patio. Fireplace in the living room to cozy up to. Horse pastures around properties.

Leave the noise & come to a little idyll. Here you live with no neighbors nearby. The house is recently renovated and has a cozy ”cottage” feel to itself in all simplicity. Next to the house you will find hiking trails, creek and nature sweets as mushrooms & berries. Very nice swimming area is 4 km away. In Ljustorpsån you can fish, swim and paddle. In winter, the location offers you very nice snowmobile opportunities as the trail runs right next to the house. Bed linen is not included but can be booked for SEK 100 per person. Gasoline/shop 3km

Guest Suite with Hotel Feeling

Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

The farmhouse

Welcome to Bergsåker which is 10 min by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road towards the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car and you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rate. Free parking in the yard.

The sea cottage

Sjöstugan is suitable both for those who are passing through (7 minutes from E4) or if you can stay for a few days. Swim from dock or beach. Free access to eka, kayak, bikes and grill (bring charcoal). Double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed. Want a baby-bed and high chair? Incinerating toilet, secluded shower cabin on the terrace. Feel free to rent bed linen and towels, washing machine and wood-burning sauna. Cleaning is included in the rent.

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

This beautifully situated farm is located right next to Hassela Lake and 1.5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. Those who wish to rent will also get access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowing boat with simpler fishing equipment as well as kayaking. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Apartment + bedroom cottage

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Farmhouse Bergeforsen/Timrå

Newly built farm house at one of the best fishing waters in the country,Indalsälven outlet in the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. 5 min to Midlanda airport. 10 min to Birsta and 15 min to Sundsvall. Most nearby swimming areas.
