Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lovagny

Lovely flat in a quiet location while also being super close to town. We had a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

Can’t beat the view and the location

The apartment was very clean, nice, bright and very well equipped. Communication with Ugo is easy and responsive. I recommend it!

We had a fantastic time in Kenji's accommodation. Upon arrival, we were handed the key by his father. A very friendly man and gave great tips about the area. On departure, we forgot my son's cuddly toy. Was called immediately and the cuddly toy was brought to the car. Really great! Recommend this accommodation to everyone and if we were to visit Annecy again I will come by again, thank you 😊

Tamara’s home was just as described, beautifully clean and stocked with whatever we needed for our stay. The location is perfect to be able to walk the whole quaint town of Annecy. Her home is just off one of the busier streets but once you walk in the front door, it is so quiet, you wouldn’t know it! Perfect for sitting on that blue balcony for afternoon coffee and listening to the birds chirping. The stairs up to the front door had automatic lights that came in so we felt secure even at night. Tamara was very friendly before, during and after check out, very responsive to messages. Her guide was perfect for guest who have never been to Annecy and wanted recommendations. She recommended a driver to bring us to the airport as well and Jeremy was great. I would recommend this home to everyone planning to visit this gorgeous town!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

The chalet was impeccable, well-equipped and as described. It is a peaceful place with a magnificent view of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying at Jean-Michel's was a pleasure. We recommend it.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great stay and highly recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights and were completely satisfied. The accommodation had a perfect location – everything was quickly accessible and yet quietly located. The amenities left nothing to be desired: toaster, kettle, microwave, plenty of towels – everything you need was really there. We particularly liked the generous space in the apartment and the uncomplicated and fast check-in. Another highlight was the free parking right on site – super convenient! Everything went absolutely smoothly and we felt very comfortable. A small minus point: There were a few spiders behind the heater and on the ceiling – otherwise the accommodation was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely visit again!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Arnaud went out of his way to make us feel welcome - he provided refreshments, he was so flexible and accommodating & always responded right away. Could not rate this stay highly enough, it genuinely made our trip x
