The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min by car from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min by car from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple on site parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

It is at the foot of Semnoz, a family ski resort with a breathtaking view. You have a private parking space. A bus line passes by 50 m away. Shops 5 min walk (bakery, dairy, butcher, pizzeria etc).

40 square meter apartment upstairs from my house. Separate bedroom. Independent access. There's only one apartment, so you'll be the only guests. Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.
