Everything was perfect. Everything is thought out to have a very nice stay and feel at home. I keep the address for future stays in Rouen.

A very spacious and quiet apartment, just a 10-minute walk from a large shopping center and 20 minutes from the city center. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped.

This place was tastefully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Would be a great place to stay for a couple or a couple and child. Very nice hosts!

Quiet and very close to the city center, friendly host!

Despite an oversight by the cleaning staff to clean and repair the property for our arrival, Jany immediately offered us another accommodation, in the same building. It was similar to this one. So our stay went smoothly. Thanks to her for being responsive.

I would recommend this place, very well equipped and arranged, very bright with a beautiful unobstructed view. It has everything you need in the accommodation for a pleasant stay and the parking space is a real plus. Location is ideal, quiet. Jeanne was very responsive and accommodating. I loved staying in this apartment where you can feel at home.

Excellent stay in Anne and Nicolas's house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. The stay at Amaury's was perfect. The place is perfect for a family. We were able to enjoy the pool and exteriors (tennis court and badminton location). The house is beautiful and has all the essentials to have a great time (very well equipped kitchen, tables, sofas, excellent bedding, foosball etc.). Amaury is very welcoming. He was able to put us at ease and was attentive to our requests. We recommend this accommodation to have a good time with the family, in the green in all conviviality. My grandmother had a lovely 90th birthday. Thank you again.

Beautiful house in country

A great place with nice volumes and very nice decoration. We were a group of 9 adults and we were quite comfortable. The accommodation is very well appointed with all the comforts. In addition, Mariame is very available. A very good stay and a place to recommend.

We were traveling with a baby and in the apartment there were all the amenities we needed. The apartment is well located and was very clean.

A great place to stay is the second time we've been there. The person is very kind, sweet and offers a great accompaniment. The cleanliness is impeccable. We had a lovely time, to do it again without hesitation!

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.
