Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Louplande

What a lovely find! Stayed here for the week of Le Mans 24H and this little place was so wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I had a question. The amenities were perfect and the town was sweet. Not too far a walk to the closest bus stop to get into town (about half a mile), which was a great bonus!

Very functional and well-equipped accommodation. Quietly located not far from the Le Mans circuit where I had to go. The space has everything you need.

Nothing to complain about. I only stayed there for 3 nights but the accommodation is very nice and consistent with the photos. I recommend it.

This is the second time we have come and as usual a superb experience. A magnificent tiny house. It is very well arranged and thought out with everything you need inside. Everything is modern and very well maintained. There is also a whole outdoor area, a terrace and a green space, to feel at home. We had a great stay in a beautiful accommodation. Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

If you want to stay in an absolutely picturesque place in the French countryside not far from Le Mans THIS is your place!!! It was beautiful and peaceful and the hosts are SO lovely, kind and helpful. They live in the house right next to this place and were wonderful. The place had everything we needed and is full of charm and character. The main photo for their place doesn't do it justice AT ALL. Having coffee in the morning in their garden with all the birds chirping was heavenly. I would come back here anytime.

A welcoming and peaceful place to stay. We feel very nice there. Quiet environment in the middle of nature. Christine is caring. She took care to turn on the air conditioning before we arrived when the temperatures were high. We recommend.

We had a very good stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The unit is very well located, easy to access. Everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent, fast and efficient. I'm starting this listing again!

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. Secure access with private parking. Internet and Netflix with Airbnb special account. We'll save the address for next time. We would recommend this Airbnb

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Axelle always makes us feel welcome. He responds to messages very quickly. The bed is comfortable. The lay out of the apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Hopefully we will be staying again later in the year.
