Celui-ci est idéalement situé à 3 minutes de la sortie d'autoroute A11, à 15 minutes du Mans et du célèbre circuit des 24H. Niché au cœur d'un cadre verdoyant, ce logement est idéal pour un déplacement professionnel ou pour un moment à la campagne (Rando). Pour améliorer votre séjour n'hésitez à profiter des extérieurs et des équipements (balancelle, barque, cuisine ext,...).

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central entre Le Mans et Sablé sur Sarthe. C'est une maison indépendante mais nous sommes voisins. Vous pourrez faire votre balade matinale par le chemin communal . A bientôt.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
