The garden, shaded by a majestic lime tree, is enlivened by a few of Loué's famous hens. The authentic dovecote that gave its name to the cottage also dominates the site.

Celui-ci est idéalement situé à 3 minutes de la sortie d'autoroute A11, à 15 minutes du Mans et du célèbre circuit des 24H. Niché au cœur d'un cadre verdoyant, ce logement est idéal pour un déplacement professionnel ou pour un moment à la campagne (Rando). Pour améliorer votre séjour n'hésitez à profiter des extérieurs et des équipements (balancelle, barque, cuisine ext,...).

Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central entre Le Mans et Sablé sur Sarthe. C'est une maison indépendante mais nous sommes voisins.
