Ideal for staying 15 minutes from the Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans and 30 minutes from the ZOO de la Flèche, or for exploring the region. The garden, shaded by a majestic lime tree, is enlivened by a few of Loué's famous hens. The authentic dovecote that gave its name to the cottage also dominates the site.

Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.
