We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). This charming historic 100+ year old miner's cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse chic. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, and Longmont. Private entrance to bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry, and dining space with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, teapot, and table. No upstairs kitchen access; best for light meals and reheating leftovers.

Historic Farm

Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. A giant bathroom with double sinks and shower is part of the accommodations. The guest suite is separate and locked off from the main farmhouse for guest privacy.

Comfortable, private studio blocks to downtown

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
