The Place was great! it was perfect for what we needed it for and fully plan on coming back in the fall! Honey was the sweetest greeting committee and Sarah was great! She left personal touches which just added that much more to the stay!

Can’t thank everyone at the farm enough for such amazing hospitality for myself and cousin staying. They went above and beyond to welcome us and be excellent hosts.

Mary is one-of-a-kind. She’s very kind. And super quick to respond to my messages. Locating her BNB was a piece of cake. She left me check-instructions that were easy to understand and follow. As for her property itself, the BNB located in one Sulphur Springs’ county roads. I found the location to be very tranquil. The interior of the property was interestingly furnished and decorated. Wi-Fi strength isn’t the best. But it’s okay because I didn’t book Mary’s property for that. I opted to stay at Mary’s because of how kind and helpful she is as a host. So with that said, I just want to say thank you Mary!
