Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Great place for exploring the Dordogne countryside and surrounding areas. The house with a nice outdoor terrace with dining table and seating allowing us to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and to listen to the birdsong. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped and we lacked for nothing. We booked very late and Pauline was very helpful and accommodating of our requirements, and the communication was excellent with lots of suggestions of things to do and places to go.

If you are looking for a big beautiful house for a family holiday, look no further! This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, located in a quiet countryside but only ten minute drive to a big supermarket. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and playing boules. Photos don’t do the house justice. It exceeded our expectations. Would recommend staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lise was very responsive in her communication. We drove through the night to get to the house and Lise kindly offered us a one off earlier check in, which we were grateful for.

We had a great stay at the Tilleuls house. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which was nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is great for dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket on arrival. Amazing space, we settled right in and felt relaxed & at home. The pool was superb with the extra hot days in October and enjoyed many sunsets on the terrace. Plenty of space in the house so you don’t feel on top of each other & lots of “breakout spaces” to unwind in if you do fancy a bit of peace & quiet from the group. Debby the house manager was super responsive with lots of local recommendations for us & accommodated our requests on extra linens and baby / toddler equipment & services. It’s an ideal location to base yourself, for days trips, wine touring and French market expeditions! We had a fabulous time & hope to return again :-)

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

We had a fantastic time in this spacious and cozy farmhouse. A great location, wonderfully quiet and beautifully situated. Enjoy the birds and butterflies in the large garden. Really an ideal place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, a very nice and friendly hostess. You feel more than welcome here. If it's up to us, we'd love to come back.

Kti’s place was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe’s, shops and the river. Kti met us when we arrived and explained all we needed to know about the apartment. Kti was very friendly. Highly recommend.

One of the nicest locations we’ve ever visited! Peaceful, beautiful location and comfortable, well-appointed lodging. Gracious, responsive host. Walking distance to a small pharmacy, small grocery store, and very nice restaurant. We would like to go back again!

Fantastic location for exploring Bergerac. Beautiful apartment with all of the comforts and conveniences you would expect. The hot tub is a real bonus.

Jean-Guy and Christine were the most welcoming and accommodating air BnB hosts we’ve ever experienced. They were very understanding when we needed to check in later, tried to find us an adaptor when we realised we had bought the wrong one, and even left us chocolate cake and home made fig jam which was delicious !! The flat itself is stunning, and we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the stream below.

Agnes is a sincere, caring and attentive host. The accommodation is very well equipped and is located in a quiet and very beautiful village. I highly recommend it.

Really friendly welcome, Isabelle is a very nice person, quiet and peaceful place, great vehicle access. Good bedding, nice little apartment. After all this it is difficult to say and we must specify that this apartment needs a serious cleaning. Dust and small cobwebs, shower cabin really not great (I'll skip the details, I took photos) Fridge and kitchen drawers etc... The concept of cleanliness should not be the same for everyone, sorry.

Exceptional place. We enjoyed the immaculate cleanliness of the apartment. The host welcomed us with great kindness and availability. We had an unforgettable stay in the Bergerac region and this beautiful apartment allowed us to relax every day when we returned from our activities. Well done!

My wife and I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Louise as host and our accommodations during our visit to Le Bugue. Louise went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was responsive and proactive in communicating with us leading up to our visit. The accommodations themselves and the setting is a magical experience and we cannot recommend them enough.

Lucia's place was very spacious and very clean.well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lucia always answered. our questions within ten minutes. The best host! I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
