Holiday rentals with beach access in Louannec

Beautiful seemingly modern well located in Perros-Guirec. Quiet, large bathroom and sea view from the living room. The balcony overlooks the sea but also the road.

we had already come 3 years ago and came back with pleasure. Very nice apartment incredibly well located, a few steps from the beach of St Guirec and the customs trail. We will come back again...

We had a great stay in this small accommodation that has everything a big one has! Cleanliness, comfort and of course a perfect setting for our stay for two. We were able to enjoy the beach within walking distance and the terrace, it was perfect. Audrey, co-host, was responsive when we needed her, thank you very much. The sofa bed was really great, it was my only concern and I wasn't disappointed. We will probably come back if we return to the area and we will share the address without any problems. ☺️ Small cocoon highly recommended for your stay on the pink granite coast!

The studio had everything you might need. The view is awesome. The village is cozy, all amenities are available with nice shops, restaurants and terraces. Nearby is a lot to see.

My stay in Charlotte and Yves' studio went very well. I was well received; the studio is very nice, pleasant, consistent with the descriptions and very well located, at the entrance to Renote Island which is sumptuous. The entire pink granite coast is on either side of the accommodation. I'll be happy to go back.

Great house in a great location. Very clean and well decorated. Geraldine was super friendly and nice. From the house, you can hike directly on the Zöllnerpfad through the pink granite rocks. We can recommend it without hesitation and would definitely come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

Beautiful, spacious and modern furnished house, quietly located in the green countryside and within walking distance of the sea. Communication with Isabelle is perfect. We travel by bike, although cyclists are not really spoiled in (this part of?) Brittany. The stay is absolutely recommended!

Charming town centre house in a quiet location and close to everything (bakery, market, sightseeing, sea, etc.), very clean, nicely decorated, where everything is thought of for the guest. Everything is done to have a pleasant stay (grocery store with basic products, games, books, etc.) and a lot of dishes, utensils and small appliances...not to mention a nice welcome gift. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done.

I can't even begin to explain how satisfied we were with the place! It is so spacious, very clean, well equipped, beds were comfortable and so we're the blankets and pillows. We were able to park the car in specific garage, which was great and we were able to be accommodated with our dog, which we truly appreciate. Virginie is extremely friendly and helpful, you enter the house via small garden which we could use and we loved all the flowers. We were very sad we are staying only one night, we would love to stay here for a longer stay, hopefully next time.

Very nice house, everything is nearby, the area is quiet, nice hikes to do without a car, we did not see the hosts but perfect communication

Fantastic location, wonderful view of the sea

Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

Impeccable accommodation, Gérard is very welcoming. Quiet place, very convenient basement to park one car inside and one outside. We will return there on a future visit.

Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

The apartment is impeccably clean a few steps from the beach with fine sand ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cubicle is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.
