Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city centre can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Ore Mountains, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district of Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower is at your disposal here. Sleeps max 4 - 5 people. We now have a beautiful new double bed (1.40m wide) and two single beds in the bedroom. So 3 - 4 people can sleep very comfortably. They also have their own parking space on our property at their disposal.
