Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The gallery impresses with a chill-out corner, desk and training facility and a bed. The living room boasts a huge sofa, TV and swing. The spacious 90 sqm, completely renovated and newly furnished apartment in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau, has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 5 people, a bathroom and a large living area (40 sqm). Outdoor hot tub for 6 people with wood heating. This must be heated by the user. Duration about 2.5 to 3 hours. Wood is available. Not suitable for toddlers. Usable until 11 pm. The pool is not usable in December, January and February. Fee for pool use €10.00 each

The vacation rental is located in a rural farmhouse in a quiet location. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The cozy lounge accommodates a kitchenette, couch, corner bench and TV. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible at ground level. In the valley, the bike path leads along the Glatt. The Black Forest Nature Park is easily accessible by car. The farm also has a variety of animals.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.
