It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Surrounded by a fantastic nature, meadows and vineyards, you will find peace and quiet here. Whether wonderful hikes, relaxed bike rides, boat trips, walks or shopping in the world-famous "Pearl of the Middle Mosel" Bernkastel-Kues or the oldest city in Germany Trier, museum visits, etc. - here you have the ideal starting point!

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults.
