A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

Beautiful apartment for 2/3 people in Lanzarote, in one of the best areas on the island, a three-minute walk from the beach (it is located behind Hotel Beatriz Matagorda) with restaurants and supermarket. Newly renovated, ideal for rest and disconnection. It has kitchenware, washing machine, microwave, double sofa bed, swimming pool, swimming pool, tennis court, tennis court, tennis court, internet ( fiber), smart TV and its own terrace. Master bedroom supports two beds and also a double bed option of 1'80.
