Holiday rentals with a patio in Los Gavilanes

El departamento tiene una vista y ubicación muy buenos, las fotos y el lugar son tal cual se ven. Lo único, que no es cosa del anfitrión, es que la alberca está a temperatura fría y uno no dura mucho adentro. Pero la estancia fue agradable y placentera.

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

This house is amazing, the architecture is so well made it is a modern home with the decor so beautiful. The rooms have everything you need for a good stay for a family trip or friends trip. The location is just in the heart of the city, Alberto and Patty were really good hosts who were available at the time we needed them. The jacuzzi is a big extra to enjoy, the house is well safe with codes to enter and it is just as described. I give it a 10/10

Asistí a una boda y buscaba un lugar para dormir únicamente y me llevé mucho más que eso, un alojamiento muy bonito y cómodo en una zona muy tranquila y agradable. Definitivamente regresaré a este alojamiento.

El alojamiento me pareció perfecto, tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar nuestra estancia, Alba siempre estuvo atenta a mis dudas, nos brindaron TAG para entrar y salir del fraccionamiento, el único detalle es que la cama del cuarto principal tiene problemas ya que tiene un rechinido muy fuerte, sin embargo, nada que afecte la estancia, si un día estoy cerca de la zona no dudaría en regresar

We chose this house to stay close to family and we had a great time - house accommodated us well, Ivete/Ivan were super responsive and we had assistance whenever necessary. The location is far from downtown but was close and convenient for us and we had plenty to do and check around and avoid the heavy city traffic to meet our family who leaves in the neighborhood.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement. Nous y sommes restés 10jours. Ce n’était pas notre première fois à Guadalajara et nous aimons ce quartier pour son calme même s’il n’est pas dans l’hyper centre. L’appartement est propre et dans une résidence sécurisée. Vous avez des cafés et des restaurants et des supermarchés à côté dont une supérette au pieds de l’immeuble. Carlos est hyper attentionné. Il nous a dépanné sur pas mal de choses. Ça manquait d’ustensiles de cuisine à notre arrivé, suite à ma demande il nous en a fourni plein et neufs le jour même. Puis il nous a emmené un ventilateur car nous avions chaud dans le salon. Il est très présent et répond très rapidement ! Encore merci pour tout !

Loved the place!! The apartment is so spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was an experience in itself with the view! The hosts were very kind and always responsive if we had questions. Would go back and highly recommend.

Excelente ubicación, acceso rápido a avenidas principales y lugares de interés; muy cerca se encuentra una tienda de conveniencia y una plaza. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda, lo recomiendo.
