Holiday rentals with a patio in Los Ayala

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Carlene’s beautiful oceanfront property. The house had everything (and more) that we needed, the beds and linens were comfortable, and the location was picture perfect. Thank you to Carlene and her team for everything!

Very good place. The positive thing is... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only issues I had, which are very minor, is the access with the password, the keyboard is not very precise, I struggled a little to enter as it fails a little. The door to the main bedroom and bathroom doesn't close properly, the wood is swollen. Minor but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay because of the place and the location, the communication is very good. And I gave it a 9/10 rating.

Wow, this place is absolutely breathtaking. Better than the pictures, want to come back. The walk to town is 10 minutes, which is not bad and we enjoyed it. But if hills and walking is not your thing Taylor will help with golf cart rental and have it waiting when you arrive. Taylor provided filtered water and beach towels. She also gave clear instructions, restaurant recommendations and timely responses. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Namaste. It's located a few blocks from the beach in an area with plenty of food and shopping options. Two great restaurants are a few steps away; you'd miss out if you didn't have a Bagel at Yah-Yah Cafe and some delicious tapas at Sur 38. There is a well-stocked convenience store 5 steps away, attended by friendly locals who will welcome people by name. The heated, clean, and well-maintained pool was surrounded by lounge chairs and a table with an umbrella. A BBQ area with more seating arrangements is also surrounded by beautiful green areas. The garden room we stayed in had its own equipped kitchen, table, and chairs separated by a contiguous door to the main room. The AC helped my Canadian love keep sane after too much sun. The glass doors gave a lovely view of the garden area. There were spacious closets, books, a security safe, and ceiling fans that wouldn't stop ventilating the areas. The property has some swimming aids you can borrow.

Awesome house on the beach! The location is impeccable - quiet at the end of the San Pancho beach, but easy to walk or drive into town. The house was very traditional, but updated and comfortable - a good mix of modern ammenities and classic Mexican design. The pool was great and a nice area to relax. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was good. Wifi was reliable. An excellent choice for any small group.

We had a great weekend! The place was big enough for a family of 10. I’ll definitely come back. 😊

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a relaxing place to start the day and come back to after a long day in the sun. It was spotless, had amazing views, great sunrises, peaceful style, and a lovely pool. Leanne and Rene were very responsive and gave detailed instructions for getting in. I recommend getting a golf cart - you can walk as it’s only about 5-8 min into town, but the golf carts are fun and allow you to explore the surrounding area more! We will definitely be back! Such a fantastic Airbnb.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

A small but very cozy place, Joaquin was always very kind and attentive to our needs.

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. We give them our highest recommendation.

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

Comfortable stay, a few steps from the beach, nearby shops, clean and quiet place to rest.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
