Our home is located in the residential area of the Las Brisas neighborhood, in the SE side of town. It is about 1 mile/5-7 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. Lots of transportation options. Just ask! Five night minimum for stays.

The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.
