Love this place; Comfortable, Sure, the neighborhood very quiet. Communication with the Host is excellent, the place is exactly how you see it in the pictures and I will definitely recommend it to mine and come back in the future.

From the moment I contacted Katherine, she was very helpful and kind to me, answering all my questions and concerns, making sure everything was in order until the day I left. The apartment is fully equipped, clean, along with its beautiful decoration and all the appliances work perfectly (fridge, TVs, air conditioners, water heater, etc.) Located in a very quiet, pleasant and family-friendly place where you can enjoy a gym, playgrounds and more, and you have two parking spaces designated for you. The whole residential area is very clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with Katherine and the place. I would definitely choose to stay here next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A fairly well equipped apartment in a private residential, with 24/7 security, pool, very quiet and at an excellent price. You can't ask for much more, not in Santo Domingo or anywhere else in the world. The security personnel in the residential are very attentive, friendly and friendly.

You really are getting a bang for your buck at this location. As host described, lots of surrounding construction which can make arriving a bit daunting but daunting but perfect space and clean! Everything worked great and overall my stay was super comfortable. Highly recommend this location

Pricis’ place is accurately described, easy to find, clean and she’s very responsive and proactive- which we appreciated the most. The only thing I’d say could be different is an additional TV in the living room. Overall, we’d definitely give Pricis’ place another stay!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the first moment, Ramona's attention was exceptional. The accommodation was impeccably clean, and you could see the care in every detail. There was coffee, water and other small details that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. What's more, the value for money is unbeatable: for everything it offers, it's really worth it. Definitely a very attentive host and a 100% recommended place. We'd love to come back!
