Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and spacious apartment as if we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! Great bathroom with rain shower, comfortable bed in the bedroom, steamer in the kitchen, 75-inch TV in the living room, storage room with washer-dryer, sofa bed in the living room, terrace with furniture and a house bar in the living room! Of course, with Wi-Fi and the possibility to accommodate bicycles.

Die Ferienwohnung hat durch seine Holzbauweise ein unübertreffliches Klima, darüber hinaus sind ausschließlich Antiallergiker Matratzen vorhanden. Die 25 qm-große Terrasse lädt zum langen Frühstücken ein. Selbst bei „Schietwetter“ ist dies kein Problem, da die Terrasse überdacht ist. Ein Grill steht bereit, außerdem ist eine Sauna eingebaut.
