Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

On the 1 floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
