This totally independent unit benefits from a clear view of the surrounding countryside, its refined decoration calls for calm and rest. The living room offers a lounge and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower room is comfortable. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a hotel quality queen size bed. Cozy cottage La Cordyline

Our charming Cordyline cottage, facing the Longues-sur-Mer battery, which remains one of the most spectacular sites in the landing beaches area with its original bunkers and cannons. You will have an enclosed garden with a petanque court and outdoor kitchenette. For sports enthusiasts, a greenway is dedicated to bicycles for 8 km. A pebble beach is within walking distance, 800 meters from the cottage. A shop in the town with bread, sandwiches and bike rentals.

Typical stone house of the region, completely tastefully renovated by the owner located 200 m from the beach and the German batteries of Longue-sur-Mer, five minutes from the first landing beaches and the artificial port of Arromanches which was used for the landing of the Allies during the Second World War. We are 10 minutes from Bayeux, a historic town. You will find all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as the tapestry of William the Conqueror.

On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple.
