Composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine living room on the floor, a dining kitchen, 2 separate toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom. Ideal location to visit the Loire Valley and its many sites that make it up ( castles, zoos, museums, forests ... ) Present on the site, you can discover our animals (horses, sheep, dog)

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).
