It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (5 km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1 km away, accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or through the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A marsh area completes the immediate surroundings of the premises.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Very well located house in Longeville, close to the village and its shops (200 m from a bakery and 300 m from the supermarket). The house is composed of a living room with a recent well-equipped kitchen. It has three bedrooms. To get around, there are four mountain bikes available to take you to the beach, located 3 km away, or to the forest. The Marais pier, for boat trips or walks, is located 1.5 km away. The neighborhood is quiet.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
