Three-bedroom village house with fully enclosed landscaped garden equipped with two terraces and a large Jacuzzi. It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (5 km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1 km away, accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or through the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A marsh area completes the immediate surroundings of the premises.

Maison très bien située à Longeville, à proximité du bourg et de ses commerces (à 200 m d'une boulangerie et 300 m du supermarché). La maison est composée d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine récente bien équipée. Elle comporte trois chambres. Pour vous déplacer, il y a quatre VTT à votre disposition pour vous mener à la plage, située à 3 km, ou à la forêt. L'embarcadère du marais, pour des promenades en barque ou à pied, est situé à 1,5 km. Le quartier est calme.

Come and have a pleasant stay in our small house located a few minutes' walk from the city center. The accommodation includes: - 1 main room kitchen/dining/living room - 3 bedrooms equipped with 160 x 200 bed - 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet - 1 terrace with barbecue There are many activities in the town; hiking or cycling, surfing and other board sports, sand yachting, treasure hunting, boat ride in the marsh... all located within a radius of 5 km max.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
