The forest is 2 minutes away on foot, and 10 minutes from the beaches and marina. A wellness holiday thanks to this top of the range therapeutic jacuzzi specialising in massages. A real letting go for a successful holiday! Relaxation and rest are waiting for you! Private parking for two vehicles in front of the house, once your car is parked, you can leave it behind and do everything on foot or by bike (adult bikes can be hired on site)! The pleasure of spending a real holiday! Happiness for your holidays at hand: The marina of Jard sur Mer with the charm of its mill and its restaurants, ice cream parlour and children's playground at 8 min walk, the supermarket "Super u" at 12 min walk, without forgetting the unavoidable "Pointe du Payré" great remarkable site of France at 20 min from the house. This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
