Quarry View is a quirky, comfortable property nestled in the woods in Pontesbury. Comfortably sleeping 2 with the option of a travel cot/camp bed for a child if needed. Really quiet location but within a half hour drive of some lovely Shropshire towns and ideal for walkers. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including basic breakfast items and logs for the log burner. Off-grid living, high in the Shropshire Hills

The Garden Room is a private, off-grid apartment that is perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic cooking facilities along with a king size bed, a walk-in shower and a wood burning stove. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Plenty of wildlife - hares, deer and a recent night-time sighting of pine marten. Lovely up here this time of year - a big sky, far reaching views and rich autumn colours as the leaves begin to turn.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Rural retreat with beautiful views.

This is a great location for lovers of both town and country. Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. We have good internet access.
