Townhouse holiday rentals in Longboat Key

This Airbnb is about a mile walk into the cute Hyde Park district. It is less than a mile to Publix and Walgreens. We easily walked and then took an uber back with our groceries. We found a super cute coffee shop called Jet City expresso with great breakfast options in walking distance. A block away is the Bay Shore trail along the bay. Purchase great views of the bay and beautiful homes. You can walk into downtown Tampa but this would be in walking shoes vs going out attire. Ubers were so easy to get! The place is very roomy with all bedrooms having their own bath which is nice. It is equipped with laundry and a coffee maker. Cindy and Ben were super responsive to all our questions. We will be back!

Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

Place is perfect for a family. David and Betsy provided all the things we needed for our little ones (pack and plays, baby gates, baby beach tent, etc.) Communication from host was also quick. Loved having access to a pool too. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. Would likely stay here again if we came back to Sarasota!

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

We had a great family vacation at George’s. It had everything we needed. There was a small misunderstanding and George responded promptly and quickly resolved the situation. Hospitality A+!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

Brannen was very responsive owner. I found the house as advertised, clean, welcoming, spotless. The location was a short walk to Hyde Park which provided a variety of eating and drinking establishments. We really enjoyed our stay.

These hosts were AMAZING. Very responsive and kind with any questions, concerns, etc. The location was very central for us and our plans, but would reccomend having a rental car! The home was very nice! Slightly smaller then expected, but had everything advertised on the page! My only gripe was that the bedding and pillows were down feathers, which I am allergic to, and the shower pressure wasn't too strong, so getting all the sand off after the beach was a little struggle. All in all, I would HIGHLY reccomend this air bnb, and I cannot say enough good things about this host. Truly a great vacation spot! Would 100% book again.

This tasteful and unique villa at IMG Academy’s east gate is perfectly situated for families with students at the school. Access was simple, the area felt safe and secure, the unit was private and overall the location gives easy access by car to everything the area has to offer. In addition to all of the conveniences, this is a beautiful space that truly felt like a home away from home.

Joe’s home is perfectly situated between the ocean and a few paces to any restaurant you’re craving. I can’t think of a better place to stay. With two little ones, the private pool was wonderful when we didn’t feel like packing up for a beach day. We can’t wait to stay here again! Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice.

The place was very nice and a great location to stores and the beach.I loved how they had beach chairs for us to use and towels.I wish they had a couple more chairs. The towels were very thin for the beach and old. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! Would Definitely stay there again!

2nd year we stayed here, great place obviously under construction after the 2 hurricanes 6 months ago but still better than expected. great to see the island bouncing back. see you next year. thanks

Great neighborhood. House is very nice

This was the perfect for our trip. It would have been more economical had the couple who had originally agreed to go and help with the cost had not backed out, but that couldn’t be helped. No complaints, whatsoever!

This was our second time staying at Carol’s place. This is one of the best airbnbs in the area as far as location, and the abundance of beach supplies. The house is stocked full too. No need to worry about running out of anything! I would highly recommend this air bnb to any families traveling to Indian shore!

Rosaily is very supportive, welcoming, and responsive. I had to stay overnight for business matters and had to shortly book for a staying. However, she accepts and responds promptly, while also inviting me to a dinner with her family. Check-in and check-out were no hassle, while staying in was quiet and private. The space was generous for a staying of 2-3 people, which was close to the local attractions and business. This is a good deal!

Erika's place was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! The beds were very comfortable and the pool was relaxing. Would definitely stay again, but would probably go with more people to rent both sides so we don't have to share the space with strangers.

Juan was an excellent host! He was proactive with communicating and thorough with check-in/out instructions. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities one would expect when staying in an Airbnb. We appreciated having the third bed, as it was a major factor for us choosing this location. Additionally, the unit is close to everything—shops, a park, gas stations, a short drive to the beach. Its proximity to Busch Gardens, which was a 10 minute walk away, and it saved us so much $$ on parking! :-) Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return next time we come to Tampa. Thank you for everything!
