We had an amazing time at 200 Palms! The home is exactly as pictured with spacious bedrooms and living areas stocked with many comforts that make you feel at home. The backyard truly felt like an oasis with room to swim, grill, and play as a family. We traveled with our three children, who spent countless hours in the pool when we weren't exploring AMI. We really appreciated having pool toys and beach equipment in the shed because it made for easy beach excursions and saved us time from shopping for additional gear. If you have kids, they will love the lofted bedroom and the outdoor tree house area. The location of the home is extremely convenient as there is a grocery store less than two miles away, excursions in Bradenton are close, and getting to AMI is a breeze. The backyard makes you feel like you have a private space to enjoy. Brian is extremely responsive and all communication was prompt and clear. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The location was great—just minutes from the beach and close to great restaurants. The house was as described: clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

Just want to begin by saying how appreciative I was of Michelle and her husband. They were super responsive and attentive to all of our requests/questions. We have stayed at numerous high-class locations and this was by far my favorite. The price compared to nearby locations was worth every dollar. The home was very welcoming, modern, and just overall paradise. Absolutely loved the swimming pool and dock right off of the back of the house. The space was very well designed. The location was within 15 minutes of everything we could have asked for out of the island. 11/10 I would recommend to anyone looking to have an amazing, peaceful retreat.

Jacob was an accommodating and informative host. He provided recommendations and checked in a few times which was appreciated. The guest house is small, clean, and as described. The location is quiet, albeit about a 20 minute drive from most of the beaches and downtown Sarasota where we spent most of our time. The drive was easy and there are lots of places nearby to get what you need.

Place is Amazing family had fun in the pool and soaked in The sun, had fun with the ping pong and great features, close to Bradenton beach which is my favorite place now, would come back for sure.

This home provided my family with a wonderful vacation. It comfortably slept all 8 of us. Our favorite aspects were the kitchen and large dining areas that allowed us to enjoy meals together outside and take in the beach front views. We loved how our backyard was the beach which made enjoying beach days so relaxing. Elizabeth was responsive when needed. I hope to stay here again.

Great stay, quiet and cozy home!

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and the grill was a plus! Our toddler loved the pool and all the beach toys! We enjoyed the location and quick access to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying again!

Dayanna is a great host. Quick to answer questions, issues, food recommendations. Will definitely want to book this as a family getaway in the future.

10 of us stayed at Jeff and Ingrid’s and it was perfect! The house was beautiful, plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The location was great for walking to shops or beach! Loved the outdoor area! Perfect to unwind after the beach or dinner. We will be back!

The place is spacious and clean. Pool is huge and very nice. Craig was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly! Walk to beach is a little far. Did end up renting the golf cart which made it easy to get around, but it only holds 4 people. Only had one 2 quart pot in kitchen. Should have a larger pot for pasta or seafood etc. The outdoor TV and sound system was a nice feature. Overall is a great place!

Andrea was such a kind and responsive host, communication was easy from start to finish. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, it’s located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, they even provided beach essentials like an umbrella and a cart, which made things so convenient. The neighbors were also incredibly sweet, one even gave my daughter a bike to ride! It was about a 30-minute drive to Siesta Key. The pool was very popular with my kids and the game room! We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks. Oh, and the beds? So comfy! We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, just like the photos. The amenities were great. Appreciate that David was super responsive & a helpful host. Check-in was easy too! I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Sarasota.

My husband stayed for a work conference and was very happy with the place. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke down the first day he was there. Olga and her husband were on it right away and kept in contact about repairs and when they would happen. You can’t always predict or help it when something breaks down. But the excellent communication made everything better and once it was repaired, he enjoyed the place even more. We would return!

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Lisa’s Dunedin Foundry! It is absolutely beautiful!! 🤩 We loved the open concept, floor to ceiling windows throughout and access to 2 balconies for the views and the fabulous sunsets. Lisa thought of everything to make this truly a 5 star experience! A well- equipped kitchen, coffee/wine bar, professional design, very comfortable furniture, an amazing soaking tub, luxury bedding and towels, even a sound machine. I’ve never slept so well after our days out exploring the area. Located on the Pinellas Trail and only 2 short blocks to Main Street with many shops, restaurants/bars , entertainment, a local grocery store and even a Saturday Farmer’s Market! Fun activities on the water available at the Marina, Honeymoon Island State Park and Clearwater Beach. There was so much to do we can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Lisa’s place. She was an amazing hostess!!

The location was perfect- very close walk to the gorgeous beach, shopping and restaurants. The house is immaculate, very quiet and well stocked - they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was incredibly helpful since we flew to FL and wouldn’t be able to bring those things ourselves. Kyle was very responsive and checked in on us periodically. If we’re ever lucky enough to go back to Siesta Key, we would absolutely stay here again.

Adorable. Cutest little house on the block. Location was perfect and walkable to everything. Quiet and safe while still being downtown. Check in was easy and parking right next to the home was so nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

This place was perfect for what we needed. We needed a little space to just be able to pop in and out of for the weekend. Getting in and out was very easy! It was clean, super cute and we felt very comfortable there.

This was our second summer in a row staying at the cottages. We always have a blast.
