Beautiful interior, very convenient location in the middle of Old Quarter. Quiet and insulated from the noise of the main street because it is further inside the building complex. Host was helpful and responsive.

My partner and I stayed at Vo’s place for a week and we loved it. The apartment is located on nearby cafes and local restaurants. It’s walking distance to most places in the old quarter, with good internet speed which is great for people working online. They also offered housekeeping, change of towels and assisted us to book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend.

It is easy for me to substantiate my saying that I truly enJoyed my time at Tracy's place because I have already chosen another one of her homestays through Airbnb. It is in the same building where I have been for almost a week. I would have liked to have extended my time at the same place but it was already committed to another guest. Fortunately, Tracy had another apartment very similar to the first one so I was easily able to go through the simple logistical transfer of gear from one place to another. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, but our correspondence was cordial and thorough through the Airbnb app. I did meet both of her parents upon arrival and I appreciated their thoroughness in showing me what I needed to know about the place. The listing's indicated amenities were present and worked just fine. All my needs and interests were met without complications and I consider myself lucky to still be here Without hesitation I offer Tracy's place my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend this place! The tenement house is hidden from the main road, which means that you can rest from the city noise. The apartment was identical to the photos - all the appliances worked and were clean. In addition, there was heating from above in the shower, which made the bath more pleasant. The windows and balcony are on the tenement house opposite, but it's still great that you can look at the prevailing weather conditions. The whole tenement house is also well made, you can use the free washing machine and dryer, there is a place to store luggage and you can use the general toilet. The host was very responsive to all our questions. We had a temporary problem with WiFi but it was also quickly resolved. Overall, the apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We did not get a duvet, only the bedding, which surprised me at first - but the bedding was so nice and comfortable that we slept wonderfully!

Super charming stay! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, and the projector made our evenings so fun and relaxing. The apartment was full of natural light and greenery, making it feel peaceful and airy. Great location, lovely design, and a great vibe overall. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the vibrant Train Street and Beer Street, and just a short Grab ride to the serene Lake and bustling Night Market. Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Dieu was always quick to tell us about recommended shops and how to shop, and our first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that you are writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

The location of trang’s space was great! Was really near a lot of cute coffee shops, salons, convenience stores and restaurants. Just weird that you have to enter through a flowershop but the owners didnt seem to care. The common area was very clean and airconditioning was strong. The attic part/5th floor can get a bit hot through but the rest of the floors were really clean and cold. Some parts look dated and have some wear and tear but overall a really good space

This place is wonderful! So much space for what you pay and it’s an easy walk to train street. The coffee/wine shop on the first floor is lovely and all the employees were sweet and welcoming.

Great place! Amazing location right in the heart of old quarter with multiple balconies and a small roof area. The host was very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again

Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

Hung is really a super host. He cared a lot about his guests and very respectful . He saved me when I left keys in the room and when I left for excursion. Thank you for your kind help, even it was holiday and Hung was outside the city , he was able to help me and I got the key in time. The room is clean and spacious, the decoration is nice and coffee in cafe downstairs is cheap and tasty.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

We are a family of 4 and stayed in mid June 2025. The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was very spacious and clean. It has A/C in every room and a washer/dryer which is a huge plus. The area is very safe and within 1 block of many local restaurants and cafes. BTW, there is a security guard 24/7 at the entrance. A Grab car ride to the Hanoi old quarter or Hoan Kiem Lake is a 4-5 min drive away (20-25,000 VND) or about 15-18 min walk if you want to check out the surrounding neighborhoods. We will stay here again in the future.
