Great host, great house with a bunch of fun things to do walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be booking again!

This place was a great time, very private and quiet

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Gabby’s apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location. Very close to Stoney Brook Village. We enjoyed walking to get our morning coffee. The apartment was very well stocked and spotless. Gabby thought of everything we could have possibly needed. We hope to be back next year!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. The pool was a massive bonus for sure! Comms with David were great, he was very quick to respond at all times on any queries we had, much appreciated indeed. Many thanks again, Rich

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and plush—perfect for restful nights after days spent exploring the beach or lounging in the sun. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk from the house—pristine, quiet, and ideal for swimming, strolling, or simply soaking up the sun. The process to check in was self check in and was clear and easy to do. The place was impeccably clean and very well decorated. The items in the Airbnb were well thought out and useful, (cooking utensils, salt & pepper, coffee, etc). The location was a nice neighborhood. There was a weather issue that occurred and Shekeva was incredibly professional and immediately responsive to the situation and my concerns. I would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Manuel’s place. He put a lot of hard work into his home and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. And plenty of spacious private parking.. a huge plus for Long Beach!! Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!!

Bill’s place was gorgeous! It was a clean, private place, walking distance of stores in the area, and he checked in to make sure I had any amenities I needed throughout my stay. All in all, I would def stay again!

First time in Long Beach and we really enjoyed it! Just steps to the beautiful beach. We loved riding the bikes around, less than 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Cozy place with toiletries, coffee, and much more. We loved the attention to details and the proactive communication. Catherine is a fantastic host.

We had such a special stay during our family reunion at this wonderful Airbnb! It was a full circle moment for us, reconnecting with cousins and watching our children play together just like we once did. Despite a rainy weekend, we truly made the most of it. So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

We had the best time at Robby and Joe's place!! Before we arrived, they reached out to make sure we find everything ok and they were so sweet. Their place was exactly as described and we felt at home right away. The location is perfect!! Super comfortable beds and they had a very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. From beach chairs over Kajaks to umbrellas, they have everything!! The outdoor space is a dream, we watched the sunset every evening. A magical stay! Will definitely be back soon!!

Althea was the most gracious hostess! The neighborhood and home felt incredibly safe and welcoming. She went above and beyond to help us be comfortable during our stay! We would love to come back!

Amanda was attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond to be accommodating. She extended our check out time and offered to pick up anything we may need from Walmart. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was always really clean and really hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Coming back to a place that felt like home after being at a music festival was so comforting. The robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all of the little details throughout the house! Highly recommend!!
