Beachfront holiday rental in Long Beach

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

It was a great stay! Beach was easy to get to and was perfect for young kids. Everything was super clean, especially the beds and linens. Host was very responsive and friendly. There were some kids toys and pack and plays which was super helpful! Rooms were spacious.

We had a great five days in Cherry Grove. Ramon was terrific and the cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center of town. And it's quiet. Hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay in Seabrite! The home is as described—clean, comfortable inside with nice backyard patio and 2 front porches. The house is full of thoughtful touches and has EVERYTHING you need for a summer or winter get away. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the center of town Once the car is parked you can put away the keys until its time to leave. Check-in was a breeze. The host David is communicative and kind throughout the entire stay. We love this house and highly recommend it to others. Already booked for next year.

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

We loved Laura and Dana’s Big Easy home by the beach. It was big and comfortable and every detail had been thought about to maximize our enjoyment. Drawers and closets and cabinets were all labeled so we didn’t have to search for anything or guess where anything was. Literally every need had been anticipated! Amazing. The beds and bedding and linens and towels were abundant and soft and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome, from an air fryer, to a full set of bar tools and blender, to great appliances. The decor was happy and cheerful and creative and fun. There were so many places to sit and enjoy, both inside and out. Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful place for a visit of any length. You will love it!

This cottage is absolutely lovely and peaceful. You have a view of the Long Island Sound across the street and the house sits on an inlet. We truly enjoy sitting on the back deck on the inlet water. There are ALWAYS people walking, riding bikes, jogging, walking dogs… etc Lots of delicious restaurants and stores so super close! We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Victor and Kim were gracious and amazing hosts. I was celebrating my birthday and they even had a card, a bottle of champagne, red wine and fruit. It was such a wonderful surprise! The house was so beautiful and the beach is just outside! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook for a family; there was a convection oven! We loved using the grill as it was memorial day. Bathrooms had rain showers. Beds were so comfortable and it was truly wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and to just listen to the waves from the deck or even the living room. We spent a lot of time outside, on the beach. It was home away from home.

The space was beautiful and fit all 8 of us. Very quiet and secluded. The listing didn’t show but there’s some great seating on the roof with a fire pit which was great. Very comfortable space and enjoyed our time there. I’m sure this is fully fixed by now but only slight hiccup was the fridge was not available at the time of our rental. The host was very communicative on this but unfortunately we were unable to eat a lot of the food because it was sitting out for 3 hours then it took 3/4 hours for the fridge to get cold. But outside of that it was a nice stay.

Amazing time front of the ocean, enjoying time with kids and familly. The pool seems great but was too cold for us in this early time of the year.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

We had such an incredible stay here! The home was beautiful, communication was excellent, check in was easy, and an early drop off of our bags was accommodated. Highly recommend and would love to return next year!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

Geoff and Thomas, have a wonderful place on Fire Island the Pine. Very close and convenient to all the activities. Between the beach and the marina. We loved staying there. We booked the pool suite which was wonderful and very private overlooking the pool deck and jacuzzi. The photos honestly do not do the property justice. Geoff and Thomas had everything setup as if we were staying in a five star hotel. Thoughtful touches like a full margarita making station as we mentioned this was our favorite drink. Complementary beverages in the fridge and lovely details throughout like Malin and Goetz toiletries. The property was immaculate and we felt very comfortable. Geoff and Thomas were so welcoming and helpful as well but also gave us plenty of space to do our own thing which was great. Our only regret is we did not get more time to spend with them as it was a short trip.

This home is beautifully decorated and cozy. Peter was very accommodating and communicative. Very easy trip and would stay here again.

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

My husband and I had a family filled weekend for our wedding followed by a mini-moon. We enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely be booking again!

The loft was absolutely great, cozy quiet, beachy. Very well decorated and also thoughtfully set up for convenience and your needs. Also a very well constructed residence, you can tell care was taken when it was built. Comfortable beds and lovely furniture. Having coffee every morning on the private terrace was fantastic. The owners were terrific and honestly we didn't even know they were there. This rental is a can't miss.

We had a wonderful stay at Casandra’s home in Centerport, NY. We were visiting Long Island to see friends and family with our two young boys and her home was right in the heart of our old stomping grounds. Casual walk to local beaches, restaurants and pubs and a short drive to Huntington or Northport where there are tons of entertainment and food options. The home was incredibly charming with a beautiful garden and back yard, views of the water, and creatively designed interior.

This was a beautiful Airbnb. Just like the photos. A very short walk to the beach (30 second walk from the house), close to everything, and the entry to the beach walked right onto the playground which was great with our kids. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Felt right at home!
