**Only handheld photography or videography allowed: NO tripods please, they scratch the floor** -The large windows look out over a tamarind tree-lined street and across to French colonial-era architecture just steps from the heart of Vietnam’s most vibrant city. - Stay in my apartment that is on the 3rd floor ( no elevator ), in a quiet clean neighborhood. - The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2. - One Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. - An Android TV 55 inches with a nice speaker system brings you good ambience for films or to relax by music at night. Chromecast and Apple TV 4K are available for your use. - A iMac 22 inch is available for you to search information with the highspeed internet. - The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen appliances to allow for home cooked meals with dishes, plates, knives , forks.. - A wash/dry machine also ready. Transportation to my place: - Taxi: from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you take a taxi to Nguyen Hue Street (downtown district 1, HCM City) and you are 1 minute away from my place. - The Building of " 90 Nguyễn Huệ street " to my place is full of boutique coffee shops and arts galleries. Take your time to enjoy some essences of the city. - Bus: if you consider using public buses, proceed to Bus 109 and arrive at Ben Thanh Station then it’s about 5 minutes walking to my place. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage. I have been working in F&B industry and a freelance photographer for years in HCM City; thus feel free to talk to me or let’s hang out in a café to discuss about the local cuisines, fine arts, photography in the likely event that you may be interested. Recommed for everyone should try the experience, everything is almost complete (in his own opinion), the host responds to messages very quickly and is very friendly customer support. The only disadvantage that I don't see very much only parking space has to go a short distance from the homestay. But in general, it's okeee❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of great food and local attractions nearby. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even arranging for an early check-in to accommodate our 3 AM arrival. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host. Great Place. Super clean. One of the best airbnbs I stayed in whilst in vietnam. The views were amazing and the apartment itself was beautiful. Had 10 people there and stayed there comfortably. Host was very responsive and was able to check us in at a short times notice. 100% must stay if you want somewhere near the city with beautiful views.

I had a fantastic stay at Linh’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout the entire trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in the new city of Saigon that it has wonderful view to the heart of the city. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!
