Monthly Rentals in Lone Tree

George and Jose's place was exactly as described and just like the photos! It is a very comfortable and lovely condo to stay in. Lots of amenities. I was visiting for business and was by myself, but it would be a great place to stay with friends or as a family. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park and creek very close. I appreciated having a garage to park my car in as well. It was very easy to get to places nearby, being close to a major street, but not close enough for noise to be an issue. Overall a great value for the price, with more amenities and space than similarly-priced listings.

Bill & Beths is a clean, attractive place to stay. The first thing I noticed when we opened the door was how clean it smelled - just how you’d want a new space to stay in to smell! Everything was neat and orderly, adequate kitchen supplies and comfortable beds. The hot tub on the deck is very nice as well!

We had a good time and enjoyed the space. Convenient quarter mile off the highway so a quick zip up to Iowa City. Private and spacious lodgings which were plenty for our family of three. Only place where I’d knock off points is the aroma. Do know that the house is attached to a horse barn—as in you can see it through the downstairs window—so expect an adjustment period to that smell. Wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but I guess I didn’t read closely about that. I suppose it’s a true farm vibe that way! All in all a quality stay.

A great stay. The apartment was as described, clean, quiet, and the hosts were responsive, proactive, and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. I would stay again. If you get the chance, stay here and ask to meet their dog. He's a sweetheart.
