Holiday rentals with breakfast in London Borough of Enfield

Had a lovely stay at Colin's. The room is peaceful and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is a real plus, and allowed me to practice my English with Colin! Finally, there are all kinds of small shops near the accommodation, which is very convenient. Recommended!

It was great staying at Shirley's. The place is very clean, quiet, and located in a great neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable, and we had some enjoyable chats. I highly recommend Shirley's room.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

This is our second time staying at Tammy’s place and we had a fantastic stay again! Tammy left us a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates for being returning customers. The house is beautiful, the perfect size for 6 friends that don’t want to stay in a hotel. Bedrooms are horrors and beautifully made up and it has everything you need to feel right at home. Area feels so safe and you can walk to the tube or even the O2 if you fancy a longer walk. Otherwise it’s a 5 min Uber. Will definitely stay again x

Absolutely Fabulous! Anne could not have been a more accommodating and welcoming host. Her house is an eclectic mix of antiques, design and homely comfort. Everything you need to relax is here, and anything you may need you just have to ask. I came as a guest and left with a friend.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

Amazing stay , perfect for the location we were working at. Great places to eat (Bone Daddys and Flat Iron were our fav finds so far, Sushi Samba was ok, but overpriced for what we got) The number of snacks and drinks he left out for us was amazing and so well received after finishing work at 4am Will be using again any time I'm working in the area, thank you so much for being a great host.

Enzo and his mom are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we faced issues with the electricity, they would help us immediately. They are also very caring and did their best to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied with the stay. They are super generous with food and would sometimes bring down pizza for us. Thank you for having us and we had fun staying over! We would book again if we are staying in London! ❤️

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

There is a reason Deborah is a Super host! This was a perfect Air b&b experience for me and my dog Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble, Deborah made us feel welcome immediately into her beautiful home, which is set in a gorgeous location a short walk from Hampstead village. I was spoilt with a lovely healthy breakfast and fresh coffee. This is a rare find and a treat, so my recommendation is to book quickly before someone else beats you to it!

Margaret was a super host responsive friendly and welcoming. even more than. I had expected with some lovely little extras in the room on arrival. highly recommended. will be back very soon.

Sally‘s place is in an excellent location, almost right by the river and Sally is a lovely host. The room was perfect and it was pleasure to meet Sally, Jack and James.

Very nice place and people to live with! Clean, comfortable bed, very god breakfast! The only things to say something about is that it is a bit of from London city ( half an hour with train to Victoria station) and the train passes just outside. But Sally have thought of everything and got earplugs ready! Thank you for a very nice stay in your house! Margareta and Börje

Margaret and her husband, Morris are warm and welcoming. They both were very helpful. Margaret is responsible for their guests and she is very competent - right on top of things all the time. I found the quiet, comfortable space I was looking for. She provided a great breakfast and I enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. Great stay.

Super stay in comfortable spacious room. Leroy is a joy to chat with, he gave us lots of helpful suggestions: places to eat, visit and suggestions to get around. Definitely recommend!
