Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

The apartment has two confortable bedrooms, a Kitchenette and a Living Room with a sofa bed.

Great location, just 2km from the gas station and a mini market, 45 minutes from San Salvador, right in front of Cardedeu/La Pampa (restaurant). Please note there are numerous stairs to get to the house, not suitable for anyone with physical difficulties.

The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification.
