House at Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Football field, basketball court and tennis courts just 15 metres from the house. Secure, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days as per COVID-19 protocol, or on the day of check-in and check-out for short-term rentals. It is located opposite the country club, so parking is not a problem. Some Oasis locations use glass water bottles for drinking water.

Newly built, spectacular oceanfront beach house. This property has a main house with three bedrooms with their own bathroom and air conditioning in each room. The social area has a bathroom, main dining room, breakfast bar, and bar. All this just a few steps away from a refreshing filtered pool. The gardens are grassy and their spectacular green contrasts with the blue of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, and all the utensils.

Oceanfront house in Salinitas, Sonsonate

Beachfront house in a private condominium with a surveillance booth. Two bungalows (houses) with their own kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with their own bathroom each. Ideal for two families. Hammock ranch, swimming pool, air conditioning in the rooms. There are caretakers so you'll get the house clean and they'll explain where everything is. If you want to rent early and check out late the next day, ask. You can pay for maid service separately for $15 a day.

@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.
