Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

New bathroom and toilet, kitchen, underfloor heating and two lovely bedrooms. The house overlooks the fjord, field and forest on a large natural plot including herb and sensory garden. The old barn building, with large glass sections, is directly adjacent to the herb garden. The building has been converted into a studio with room for 6 dining guests.

It is a 10-minute drive to Nykøbing Falster, a 5-minute drive to the highway and a 5-minute drive to shopping (Rema 1000) You have the whole house and garden to yourself. Parking is available on the property. I live close by myself and can help if problems arise.
