In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

Hallo zusammen, ihr übernachtet in einer 1-Zimmer Wohnung (27 qm - 3. Etage eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses -ohne Fahrstuhl) direkt an dem wunderschönen Schrevenpark gelegen. Die Wohnung wurde im Januar 2023 komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Holtenauer Straße, die Innenstadt, die Uni, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Cafes, sowie die KIELER WOCHE, sind in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich in und um meiner Straße herum - evtl. Wartezeit.

Welcome to Kiel! Quiet, centrally located backyard apartment, which is lovingly and modernly furnished. A small terrace invites you to spend quiet hours outside. The center, the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 10 minutes by car and bus. The next stop can be reached in about 4 minutes. Public e-scooters are actually available at every corner. The apartment is very close to the university! Shops, bars and nightclubs can be reached on foot without any problems!
