La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

The "Mignonnette" is a 120 m² house, on a wooded and enclosed 500 m² lot, in a quiet alley. Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Sea house

House 100 meters from the sea, a stone's throw from a landscaped park (possibility of fishing) close to a skate park, walking as well as cycling, scooter, rollerblading. Secure waterfront for all these activities. The city center is close with a market on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Possibility to visit a submarine, a submarine base, a panoramic terrace as well as a museum retracing the Transatlantic era. Let's not forget that La Baule and La Brière are 15 km away
