Emilie's apartment is as advertised and as shown in the photos, easy to access with parking spaces nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped. Ideally located: 10 min from the city center (cathedral) by car. If we have to come back to Chartres we will take Emilie's place again without hesitation! Big plus for the impeccable cleanliness of the whole apartment! And Emilie's kindness!

We had a fantastic vacation at Marine's apartment. It's located in a quiet area but close to the center of Tours. It has everything you need to feel at home. The view from the lounge towards the garden looking all green is very relaxing. It was a pleasure, thank you very much

Great place. Our son stayed there 4 times this year for more than a month for his studies and it's always gone very well. The listing is very well-located and as described. Parking space is a plus. Jacques was very available and always responded quickly.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

A perfect place to stay in this pretty corner of Touraine. The view is beautiful and the bakery offers superb croissants a stone's throw away from the apartment.

We are delighted with our stay, the accommodation is very comfortable, large and very clean. We were hosted very well and had two great nights. The surroundings of the accommodation are to be seen, including the Château du Lude and its magnificent gardens, located a stone's throw away (one of the bedrooms overlooks the stables and the park😍) In short, we highly recommend Chez Luan!

Régis' house is really very welcoming, well decorated and in a great location. We felt like we were arriving at a family home where we had already made our mark. Régis is full of small touches: homemade jams, appreciable amenities (bath slippers...). The house is in the heart of Mortagne and allows you to enjoy, while remaining in the quiet of a charming little street.

We had a great time, children and adults had enough space. We were able to enjoy the garden too, very nice, quiet. Shops within walking distance, nothing better than a morning walk to get the chocolate croissants! We felt right at home.

A perfect stay! The accommodation was friendly, very clean and well-equipped. The host was warm and available, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
