Le gite de l'Ecurie a été récemment rénovée avec tout le confort moderne tout en gardant le charme des lieux. Idéal pour 6 personnes, ce gite est équipé et adapté pour des week-ends et vacances calmes et sereines.

At 1 hr 45 min from Paris, in the Perche, we offer for rent exclusively weekly or weekend, a wing of a 17th-century castle with private forest, in a particularly quiet and preserved site. Large dining room and large living room with fireplace, billiards table and equipped kitchen. A game room and foosball. Upstairs, 7 bedrooms (+ cots), 18–20 sleeping accommodations. The gite de la Tourelle welcomes you in the south wing of the completely renovated castle and has a charming enclosed garden. The Prieuré Saint Martin is a very beautiful residence. It has a 7 ha park with a large secure swimming pool not overlooked. Ideal for family stays with upstairs: TV lounge, 7 bedrooms (double beds/twin beds) and 5 shower rooms or bathrooms (3 with bathtubs) and 3 toilets with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, you have a large living room of 44 m2, a library, a music room, a large entrance, a dining room of 48 m2, a huge kitchen and a games room.

Absolute change of scenery and calm in the garden of our 16th century Manor, completely restored and tastefully furnished. Cottage for 2 people with independent terrace in the manor garden. Living room with fitted kitchen (equipment detailed below), a bedroom with a standard double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom (equipped with a washing machine) and toilet. You can also enjoy an Institute of Aesthetics and Wellness located within the Manor grounds.

The 19th century castle is located in a preserved site in the middle of nature facing a watercourse: the Cisse. The region is famous for its many other castles accessible within a radius of 40 km (Blois, Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny...) and it is full of activities to do in the vicinity (Beauval Zoo, hot air balloon, cycling...). Many renowned vineyards and restaurants are also accessible. A concierge system is in place for additional services.

A Castle from the XV and XVIII century, 20 minutes from the 24 hours race circuit of Le Mans and the Zoo of La Flèche, it offers a unique setting to recover and live close to nature in a peaceful environment. Its park is decorated with trees of several hundred years old, such as a spruce tree, a cedar, etc. The rooms and common areas as well as the facade will be completely renovated in 2021 to accomodate the guests and make their stay memorable.
