We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great weekend in the cottage. We met with friends (with toddlers) and the place enjoyed both young and old alike! We arrived in a nice place, very welcoming, spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped. We knew we rented a beautiful home, but it exceeded our expectations! We were happy to meet, and the place helped make the weekend a success. The performance is amazing, we all want to come back... so a big thank you to Christophe, and see you soon!

Very nice house, very spacious, very clean and very well arranged inside and out. Cozy atmosphere. Quiet corner. The pool is great:) A 10-minute drive from Le Mans, you can also enjoy the city's activities. Christian and Annick are very welcoming and friendly hosts that we had a lot of fun getting to know. We had a great time in Avignon!!

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. in short, everything was perfect. to do again without hesitation. Evelyn and Alain are great hosts. The house had a lot of history. Beautiful outdoor with a nice pool and barbecue setup. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family. Very well stocked.

The place is amazing, even better than on the pictures. The park is beautiful and quite. we enjoyed the great swimming pool as we stayed with family including 2 young children. Beds were great. The house had everything we needed, all amenities. Strategic location from the Chateau de la Loire and for cycling. Yannick was really helpful. I would definitely come back.

A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis...). The airbnb is located really nicely and privately. It had a lot of things to do and the communication with the host was easy and friendly!

We had a pleasant time for a weekend with friends, the house is perfect for hosting a group of friends or a large family. Heated pools, outdoor jaccuzi, layout suitable for a dozen. Fluid and clear exchange with owner.

A place I would recommend. Close to the quiet circuit. The house is big enough for 8/10 people. The pool is a plus. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend staying here. My boss and his guests, needed a place to crash after the Le Mans 24h race. Perfect location and facilities. Mika the host was amazing and helped us from the start, we would have been lost without his help and local knowledge. He went above and beyond for which we were very grateful.

We had a great stay with friends for 24 hours. Very quiet location. Our host is very nice and kind. I would this property.

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough

It was a pleasure to stay with Claire , quality cottage, very nice decoration , very clean and so pleasant. The garden and its old buildings are beautiful , We exotic. We will come back for sure, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool . Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

great accommodation and weekend with friends For the accommodation, if you expect modern accommodation, not at all I think it's great to find accommodation that's still a little in its original state, it really makes you feel like you're in a relaxing place the big plus is the indoor and well heated pool and a pleasant plot a little extra for the accommodation that might be good - electric extension cord - household product to be placed out of reach of children In any case, very good stay, we will be happy to come back ;)
